For nearly 40 years we have been welcoming all those to our doors who are hurting and not welcomed or comfortable in "Traditional" denominations. MCC-Omaha is a place for you to come, meet God through Jesus Christ; to be healed and leave all the baggage you've collected over the years at the door. At MCC-Omaha we welcome people from all walks of life, and Christian backgrounds. All are always welcome to join us as children of a living and loving God. The primary ministry of MCC-Omaha is the GLBTQS community in Omaha, Nebraska, the U.S. and the World. |

Our Mission
MCC-Omaha
lives, proclaims, teaches, and celebrates the message of
Christ's all-inclusive love.
Our Covenant
Having been called by the
grace of God into one body in Christ, I, as a leader,
member, or adherent of MCC-Omaha, vow to live according
to the Great Commandment.* I vow to live a life worthy
of that calling, making every effort to keep the unity
of the Holy Spirit through the bond of peace. (Ephesians
4: 1-3) I further vow to love and respect others, to be
loyal to MCC-Omaha, and to support it with my God-given
gifts. I will be responsible for reminding myself and
others that this covenant is a living commitment, as we
work collectively to strengthen our congregation and
community.
*Jesus said, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it. "Love your neighbor as yourself." Matthew 22: 37-39
